As a 32 degree mason, and a member of the scotish rite, this was all just a bunch of loose theories with no basis of fact. I found myself laughing at the statements being made. Everyone can belief this if you want but the truth is there to be seen by any who wish to join. If you do join please re-watch this documentary and you will have as big a laugh as I did.

Evilness or Holiness is a matter of affirmative actions on the truth that one knows... Thereby, on materialization.
We are missing sources or even logical conclusions that support the alleged evilness that's supposed to be the main focus of the documentary.
The whole documentary spits out unconnected bits of historical facts, interspersed with speculations of events having happened because of a malicious purpose.
An example is a mention that the order is supposed to have decided they would back the underdog in WWII so more people would die. No supporting evidence was offered.

All this talk about "higher" degrees is another fallacy. There are 3 degrees in Freemasonry and many other "side" degrees that a Master Mason may take. He doesn't explain this clearly. I completed the 32 degrees in the space of a weekend and I simply do not recall most of what went on. Certainly, I did not bow down or worship any spider God.

Yes, they were behind the French Revolution. Good for them! The French Revolution had to happen, and frankly, something like that needs to happen here in America, because the same causes of it are happening now. The rich taking all the money from the starving masses? Sound familiar?
That is just the kind of injustice that Freemasons used to be about correcting. Now, they don't get involved in politics on any grand scale anymore. Frankly, they've lost a great deal of money and power over the passed several decades. As the old guard dies off, there are very few young people joining.
Albert Pike was a bit of a looney, sure, but he was an incredible scholar and intelect. As I am not afraid of any Satan, (in fact I think he would be a pretty cool guy to hang around with if he existed...) Pike's work doesn't scare me. It is fascinating scholarly work on very obscure mythologies. However, he has been a bit of an embarrassment to the Brotherhood these days. America owes a great debt to the Masons. It was their original ideas of equality, free speech, one-man-one-vote, and government seperation FROM RELIGION, that formed all of our freedoms outlined in The Constitution. It was lucky for us that many of the Founding Fathers were Masons!
The only stricture about god that the Masons held, (and I don't even think they stick to this anymore), is that you believe in some kind of god. They call him/her/it, The Architect and that's that. It used to be a place where intellectuals, artists, and other free thinkers could go in private and discuss, without royal or governmental interference or fear of the reprisals of such interests, and exchange ideas. the only reason why they don't allow people to mention any references to religion, god, jesus, buddha, etc. is because the brotherhood allows members from other religion. there are jew freemasons, catholic priests, christians, etc who are members of FM.

I can’t believe anyone would watch this entire documentary and probably watched others and honestly say that there is not something wrong with our world look around groups like the masons and others have succeeded in separating from our true selves that is why someone would call this rubbish or whatever you have already been brainwashed and if you think with all this influence and willingness to do whatever for power that they have not already gotten to your religious doctrines church is at the lowest level of the scheme that why people pray to something outside of themselves instead of themselves.
