My Big Breasts and Me
My Big Breasts and Me follows the daily life of three women with large breasts while exposing the harsh reality of the judgments and responses that the shapes of their bosoms attract. In addition to their suffering from social interactions, these women experience physical pain as a result of the stress from carrying the weight of their breasts.
Larger breasts are becoming more and more prevalent in society. Studies have shown that the average breast size has increased dramatically in the past decade. The three women in this documentary discuss the physical pain associated with their chests and weigh the pros and cons of having breast reduction surgery. They are aware that certain exercises and alternative therapies could provide some relief. Beyond the physical pain, they struggle to see themselves as beautiful because of their physical form. And they envy the beauty of women who have smaller breasts.
