I hate how uncomfortable I was with the woman explaining this with a big smile…

Because billionaires are less concerned with actually running this nation and more with what kind of perks they can score for themselves. We all end up paying so Musk can pay less than .1% of his net worth every tax season.

They can't forbid volunteers if they also require forced volunteers. This violates two laws to comply to one. So, yes, the government can shut down, but there should be leagle consequences given there salotion to keep things running is also illegal. Draft, thats forced government services, and slavery, that's forced unpaid labor. This must be resolved

1995 Bill Clinton..The first shutdown occurred after Clinton vetoed the spending bill the Republican-controlled Congress sent him, as Clinton opposed the budget cuts favored by Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich and other Republicans. The first budget shutdown ended after Congress passed a temporary budget bill, but the government shut down again after Republicans and Democrats were unable to agree on a long-term budget bill. The second shutdown ended with congressional Republicans accepting Clinton's budget proposal

At this point, years after years, they won't mind if their political infighting between politicians becomes physical, like what they see in South Korea, or Ukraine, or South Africa.. What I'm seeing right now is they are still holding back and putting up with it but you know that they can only hold on for so long.

The government is so bad at using our taxes that we should keep on giving them more, democratic logic

@NormanBartlett March 13, 2025 - 5:48 pm

This entire video is completely dishonest. It fails to mention the most important fact which has lead to these constant threats of a shut down. That’s the fact the the US government hasn’t had a budget in many years. President Obama submitted a budget his first year and it was voted down by his own democratic majority. The truth is they don’t want a budget. Instead we have continuing resolutions that pass in the dead of night that are thousands of pages long that no one has read. But if you don’t vote yes, then you are a scoundrel who shuts down the government. This way our Lords can spend as much as they want, and when they run out, they simply vote for more. They violate the Congressional Budget Act each time. At least the spirit of it. By the way the shut down in 1994, forced them into a budget that produced prosperity for over a decade.

Overall, 51% of traders think this year would favor stocks, mutual funds, and other equity-based investments, despite Treasury yields and other safer cash-like investments paying big. I’m looking for opportunities in the market that could fetch me $1m ahead of retirement by 2025

@stelthtrekker9445 March 13, 2025 - 5:48 pm

The government will keep shutting down until we recognize racism and climate change. Appropriate the funds through reparations. Until then, expect more of the same.
