This drives me crazy – I hate the idea of cops busting in, but there are circumstances that they can and we don't know because this video is completely out of context. The one thing that makes me thing that the cops are not in the right, in this case, is that they are standing behind the threshold, which makes me think they know they were unjustified in kicking in the door without a warrant.
Disgusting. They got away with so much before everyone had cameras. I hope justice is served on these corrupt cops.
They don't pay for it. That lawsuit you win comes from state taxpayer funding. You still pay for it as do your neighbors.
