do all the rapist evolve into killers? how big percentage aprox i wonder? and why
What a great video! Super engaging. Thank you for your hard work. Have a wonderful and peaceful day, everyone!
Entering his criminal history as evidence would be "unfair" – and he was set free already after 3.5 years…etc. Poor monster – no prejudices, please, and not be so strict with him!
"Those who don't fight crime want it to be done!" – Chinese proverb
It’s obvious they were forced to say whatever they said.
Such a loss…an innocent young girl having her life snuffed out and the family left with endless heartache for the rest of their life. What I can’t understand is why measures are not put in place for people who have problems that will put other people in danger from the broken psychic behavior of certain individuals. It isn’t years in prison that will change these individuals… there needs to be humane intervention to help or alter the behavior of dangerous people, surely they would accept some manner of treatment to protect other people and even give the offender a calmer existence wherever he/she ends up. The price is too high of an innocent life…to trust certain individuals with brain damage even in prison.
Such a beautiful redhead young lady. Such a tragedy
but i am so so CONFUSED… if he was arrested multiple times & especially bc he said he had a problem with rapping girls WHY TF was his DNA not put into system???
Sooooooo sorry for the family and friends…. but NOT LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT PAROLE! SICK SICK SICK
The voice frying
These monsters constantly given light sentences, let out early. I bet if the victims were a loved one of someone in the judicial system, these criminals would get the max and stay the whole time.
The yoghurt shop case seems to be one that the police were desperate to get a result for. I know what it's like to be accused of a crime that you KNOW you haven't committed and being questioned endlessly until you almost believe that you actually have done it even though you are totally innocent. Even things that seem to be of no connection get twisted and linked to other apparently insignificant events can be made to seem of more importance than they ever were can be made to seem to be suspicious and more than one or two people have given a statement just to get a rest from the questions that are asked again and again. I was lucky to be able to prove my innocence but I honestly believe that if it had been a more serious charge and I hadn't been in a position to prove my innocence it could have ended badly for me and the police would not have cared as long as they got a conviction. Never speak without legal representation, the police are NOT trying to help anyone but themselves!!
I can't fathom how you could lose a child, & as hard as that would be, to then harm your other child through your own inability to handle that – & to be clear, that's entirely understandable in some sense, but you should at least seek the help for your other child, so that even if you can't handle keeping her healthy & whole, you should find that help for them.
Great story and performance. Thanks for sharing.
I believe that DNA could be transferred from someone to elsewhere without there being direct contact but that doesn't explain the blood and that clinches it for me.
How can lawyers question scientific processes if they clearly don't understand them?? I know it's their job, but i have an involuntary reaction to defense lawyers. I don't know how they sleep at night.
I forgot about that
Why would he bring her up?
He likes blondes?
What a freak.
He probably did that one too
People are good at hiding masking.
Look at Ted Bundy
Nobody suspected him
Girls said he was cute unassuming.
Those boys who stumbled upon the body, only to glance around and lock eyes with the killer watching them… they still appear deeply shaken. Initially, they were even considered suspects. Yet, 48 hours kept that part under wraps.
I would love to watch this video because i find all these cases fascinating (and they teach you how even a minor decision can have lasting implications) but i just cannot watch videos where someone speaking has vocal fry. It was only recently that i learned the correct term for it. I've always had to switch off videos where the voice is like that. My brain just really does not like it. No disrespect meant. I can't deal with it.
SARAH, was so beautiful, some pictures of her put me in mind of Marilyn Monroe when she was that age. So sorry to the family! 🙏🏻❤
Matt was like merry Christmas 1:08:39
I wonder how many people that commented crimes like this years ago if their heart drops when someone knocks on their door. Soon there will be hardly any cold cases left unless there is no DNA
The freaking system failed all these girls and their families
All those rapes, and he was never put in the system that is ridiculous, that it had to take genealogy, to find him
He should.have NEVER GOTTEN out of prison after raping 2 and an attemted rape. DISGUSTING
Codie is capturing many killers from the past
It’s amazing how far we have come in DNA
The older I get, and my father worked in the Corrections System ten years, I believe our criminal justice system fails so often that it needs its rightful name…..the US Criminal Protection System. So often violent crimes are committed by recidivists, wrongly slapped on the wrist in the courts and let out to commit violent crimes again, and again, and again……
I live in Minnesota and heard of this case many people looked for this killer
THEY LET HIM OUT AFTER 3 YRS OF A 10 YEAR SENTENCE.
Almost all murderers claim their innocence after they are cut and found guilty but unfortunately innocent people have been sent to prison.
Jerry’s family is in complete denial!!!! There is no other explanation how his DNA got there other than him being the ki//er….
Woah to those who call evil good and good evil.. Sarah didn’t get justice here.
Defense attorneys are more evil than their clients.
Wow the irony of the 2nd case. Dad couldn't solve the case but 40 yrs later his own son solves it. Incredible 👏🏽
Weird that everyone who gets murdered is always described the same way
Man I wish the music would go back to previous – the strings are like torture
They got the right man! Burns had no emotion when asked about the killing and none in court when sentenced. He is the murderer.
That brother is full of crap! His brother worked at a dealership.
"He said today how proud he is of you." Smiles awkwardly… "okee, gonna take a break." The tears filling his eyes nearly made me cry. Thats one heck of a father son duo.
3rd story: was that $1.07 for gas??! Those were the days…Greed wasn't as prevalent!
That second judge in the Yaraborough case wasn't going to play that ish like the first one! And she has an infinity gauntlet on her desk!
Patrick Nicholas couldn't care less about what all those people think about him or how much all these people suffered because of him. He is a reprobate.
This is Really a sad story
Not fair that all these serial killers/rapists get to live out there for YEARS like nothing
