I think we can do a lot of effective things to against the tel scam. For example,the Caller ID identity. The phone call only shows the caller tel number. That was insufficient , Nowdays it need to shows the real registered name of the tel caller , real identity , name and ID. So , that we knows its a friend or a scam call !

Chinese investment IN Myanmar. Thailalnd authorities also profit from this network. Victims are generally westerners who love exotic living.
My university friend was also roped into this and was able to escape because of a woman working in the compound his condition was very bad almost we couldn't recognise him in that state.
