A lot of people have people like this woman in their life who will grill them on if they’re voting and who they’re voting for and will make it a personal issue and cut them out of their lives for it.

People have FAMILY who would do that to them.

My mom is very careful about what she says regarding politics because her family is super extreme about it.

So you cannot just make a blanket statement that someone who is not voting is voting “for the side you oppose,” or is a “bad friend” or “doesn’t care about the country.”

There are a lot of reasons that people choose not to vote and they are not all these malicious, secretive reasons.

And I think making a big deal about it like this is part of the reason WHY people are choosing not to vote.

If she really wanted to encourage people to vote. This is not the way to go about it.
