90 days for all countries is not feasible either. If it is one or two countries it is feasible. Infact trade negotiations must be held only with China, Germany, Taiwan and Japan. Rest of them are meaningless. Any ways other countries are going to accept US terms. Japan, Germany and Taiwan needs to negotiated. China is the only elephant in the room. Rest of them are nothing but assembly countries. Assemble Chinese parts and sell to US. It includes Vietnam, Mexico, Malaysia, India etc. The value addition from these countries are closer to zero.
Good luck funding the USA while the world sells US treasuries and buy gold. The tariffs tax won't cover the spending.
