Never ever trust this deal. Trump is speaking in tongues. He says something and means the exact opposite. This trade deal will be a catastrophe where it will drive a wedge between civillised Europe and the UK and the UK will be forced to do the USAs every bidding. Eek!

Could we not just boycott them? What do we need them for?

The trade deal is not the issue! Its whether the UK can trust Trump's word?? Trump made a trade deal with Canada & Mexico called the USMCA, This agreement, which went into effect on July 1, 2020, replaced the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). Trump and his government reneged on the trade deal he created! Issuing sanctions on its closest neighbour. The UK closet neighbours is Europe! Starmer and his government aint serious!

If starmer doesn’t get a great deal he should resign immediately because he’s liable to get bullied

Half a day later….The UK has treated us so badly, the prime minister is an un-elected dictator, that started the war in Sudan.

Trump trade deals aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.

We Can no longer trust Trump, or the USA for allowing someone to elect such a person. I thought Boris Johnson was bad enough, but he was a Buffoon. Trump is just evil

@YukenFarkov April 27, 2025 - 7:50 pm

I don't get it to be honest. The US has a trade surplus of £10bn with the UK. They should be kissing our butts, not the other way round.

@CarmenVeranda April 27, 2025 - 7:50 pm

Are we going to get a referendum? Plenty of us want a trade ban with him, not a trade deal.

@TheJohndoes1 April 27, 2025 - 7:50 pm

There should be no deal until FREE SPEECH is restored in the UK
