Sorry but those cops are ridiculous, he had no weapon, they could’ve easily surrounded him with one of them grabbing the baby and the rat tackling him. By tasering him they risked hitting the baby or the baby being dropped on his head. Typical yank cops relying on weapons instead of common sense
