The MOVE is very welcome but The Resolution should NOT be taken up without specifying THE FORMULA OF RE-DISTRIBUTION & re-allocation of resources & opportunities especially WATER to be made available to The Provinces on EQUITABLE BASIS …… SCORES OF NATIONAL / FEDERAL institutions like BANK HQS. Civil Aviation , PIA , National Bank , State Bank OF PAKISTAN , RICE & COTTON CORPORATIONS etc. etc. , presently all centered in Karachi are being Mismanaged & RAPED mercilessly, have to be rescued & re-allocated equitably . This will lessen The Population Run on Karachi .
………. Present Provinces may be kept for some time to make things less difficult … Lt. GOVERNORS MAY BE APPOINTED ON EVERY THREE DIVISIONAL-COMMISSIONERS for the time being to tide over any hiccup in the ULTIMATE-DEVOLUTION of Power to Local Self Govt. & to make comfortable this Drastic Historical Social Change !
