Funny how conservative Liberal and NDP become when theres money and votes on the line .

@henrylevick727 April 26, 2025 - 12:02 am

Carney speaks a lot better than the rest! Not sure if that makes him a better leader 😂

If canadians cared about their country, they will elect Pierre

Ah yes the classic "I'm completely different than the politician I was working right next to these last few years." Worked sooooooo well for Kamala 🤣

@koshka02 April 26, 2025 - 12:02 am

I wish Singh would stop interrupting.

I still don't get why Blanchet gets invited to these debates….
BQ will never form government and he only talks about Quebec issues. They don't care about Canada. They have no MPs outside Quebec.
Why does he get to eat up 25% of the time? What a waste.

Carney babbling on about nothing of substance. What a dud

@antgames2099 April 26, 2025 - 12:02 am

Carney fear mongering Donald Trump super hard like the last decade never happened

@Dittburner April 26, 2025 - 12:02 am

Does anyone else think hot pink was a horrible colour choice for the debate?

Hey Canadians, take this piece of advice from an American: don’t fall for the conservative tricksters. They lie, constantly, and they will embarrass you and let slip this opportunity your nation has to assert itself on the world stage. You’ll get nowhere with Poilievre, he is a Trump-like figure, authoritarian and intolerant. Carney will help put your nation on the course it needs to be to find success. Conservatives, you need to get over yourselves and quit selling Canada down the drain to the U.S., hold your own for Christ’s sake! Don’t bow to Trump or Poilievre.

I am a French Canadian, a Québécois…. less and less people speak French here, I am not feeling like I am home… I am scared, worried, I love Canada, but I feel like immigration was so intense that my city, my language, my culture is being erased… crushed, overwhelmed, dissolved. Liberals changed my country, my province, my hometown. Cost of living skyrocketed. I can't vote Liberal, they called truckers Nazi and terrorists, they made my home, my province, my country, so different in 10 years. I have to chose between Bloc and conservative to hope for a change, to hope to feel like home again. I am thorn. I am suffering. I miss home.

1:07:02 AMAZING non-biased questions. Specifically ask only the liberal to frame his answer about Canadian energy around indigenous communities. You totally pulled that off. Ooooooof!

@xmaniack2 April 26, 2025 - 12:02 am

Jagmeet's continious attempts to reframe it as an east to west “Grid” and refused to say the word pipeline. Pathetic! Talk to the Block!

Who is gonna ask about growing antisemitism??? Coming up on the 82nd Anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy, where 3,367 Canadian soldiers became casualties, including 907 killed in action and 1,946 made prisoners of war.

@xmaniack2 April 26, 2025 - 12:02 am

58:45. EXCUSE me, Jagmeet Singh, but interupting with your bogus free dilaudid "harm reduction" policies is only helping to create a new underground economy for drugs. Taxpayers' money spent on these "Harm reduction" programs to give serious opioid addicts Dilaudid is not only ridiculous and wasteful, but dangerous. Seriously drug drug-addicted addicts are taking your free taxpayer-provided Dilaudid and selling it to kids – the next generation of addicts for the actual street drugs they are looking for. Are you new? 100% we need to combat the opioid crisis. But aligning with codependent moms assisting struggling drug addicts isn't the empathetic move you think it is. Used car salesman, I'm telling you!

Everyone likes to forget that the reason the liberal party is struggling so much is partially because the conservative majority we had and STILL have, is throwing not only a wrench, but the whole toolbox into the works. When people are trashing the current "liberal" government, it's because they don't know the meaning of the words proportional representation. Also, I don't want my rights and access to healthcare to be compromised by PP

Literally every politician wants to talk about the cost of child care…. ok, before elementary school, I can see. BUT, do we not make the world we live in? Are we only victims of it? Do we not actively participate in a world where school ends at 3:30 pm and work at 5 pm? Is that decided by the Greek Fates? Beyond our mortal control? Or is that like something pretty basic? Like maybe after-school programming is developed so that it's tacked on to our basic education, and then not on each family to fund and work out. And here's a cool upside! – Organized and funded programming till 6pm keeps kids off the streets and away from, let's call it, anti-social behaviour. Just a thought…. feel free to keep the status quo and argue.
