Maurice may become a much better philosopher after all this LOL. This will make his next degree more worth while LOL. Glad he left this movement. Wishing him the best and hope we get update from him again soon.
Here in 2025. Wonder where all these people are and what they believe now.
Watching in 2025 – all these poor people who believed just stopped their lives, quit their jobs, and I now wonder what they're doing 14 years later and the world is still here.
In the bible, Paul specifically wrote to the Thessalonians to keep working and living until the day came. And Jesus himself said that no one but the Father knows the day and the hour. I think these people who go out there and start predicting the day must have a huge amount of arrogance and in certain instances it has caused tragedy.
"You're duplicit in this as well…" talk about a Freudian slip!
Hahahaha Harold Camping is such a fool of himself. He predicted 3 times the end of the world 🌎 and what happened? He died first before the prophecy of the end of the world, which has never happened until now 2025. The people who believed Harold Campi g are fools, too. This organization is a dangerous extreme cult organization. You know why? No one, not every single person in this world knows the exact date of the return of Christ, and the end of the world heresy is not actually the end of the world. The Bible said it is the end of time, not the world to. The world will stay but it will be changed when Christ return. Harold Camping can be considered a false prophet, and it is just common sense to know yourself that with the very old age of Mr Camping, he became so delusional and hallucinating and it is a desperate move to gain attention and trap people in such false teaching and can easily be deceive in modern day times . But I warned you people! There will be more deception happenings right now, and the near future as we approach this day of reckoning. Read the Bible carefully and rightly divide the truth as the apostle Timothy said in
2 Timothy 2:15.
The thing I understand least about religion is why money has to be involved at all. Yes, I know the rationalizations of sacrificing, etc, but my problem has always been how neatly that coincides with the insatiable desire of elites and conmen (have I repeated myself?) for our money. Of course the village shaman would tell people that the god or gods want them to give their "sacrifices" to him! Of course a religious leader would tell people the same story!
What a lode of rubbish how many 21 may have we had snice
Whoever is under the blood coverant can not experience judgment. Disipline is a totally different thing – ie the first 1260 days, ie the tribulation saints. Otherwise you are saying Christs sacrifice was insufficient.
Camping is notorious for issuing a succession of failed predictions of dates for the End Times, which temporarily gained him a global following and millions of dollars of donations.[4][5][6] ( there u have it) 💲💲💲
No man knows the day or the hour!!
NO man knows the DAY OR HOUR.
We all have the end of the world or judgement day, that when we die!
HC lived until at the age of 92 in 2013. Where are they now in 2025?
Where are they now in 2025?
what about Matthew 24:36?
What happened to we dont know the day or the hour??
What makes anyone think that he or she can predict the day of the rapture of the church? These people are pathetic.
Maurice reveals that it is so easy to deceive college or university students. Mr. Philosophy major appears lost and confused. What a sad bunch of potatoes.
Why are these Christians fascinated by the end times?
What are these idiots doing now?
No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. ( Mark 13:32 ). Jesus said to them: "Watch out that no one deceives you. Many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am he,' and will deceive many. When you hear of wars and rumors of wars do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. (Mark 13:5-8). I encourage everyone to attend bible study in your church, because the pastor in your congregation will surely teach you everything about the Advent of our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ. However, we must also prepare for ourselves because we do not when our lives departure comes. All we have to do to avoid panic and anxieties in life is prayer to God, and continue our daily routine, our calling or station in our lives as employee or boss. Do not be anxious about anything, but everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving present your request to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7).
Um, if they were true Bible believers, they would know that no one will know exactly when that day will be. Also, the Bible speaks of false prophets and to avoid them.
may 22 wow i'm an idiot
😂😂😂😂Americans
A 🌎 in the background says it all… BIBLE i built upon fairy tales…just like every CULT/DOGMA.
So the one's who believed more are full on Americans then?.
My first exposure to a highly publicized prediction like this happened in 5th grade in 1961. One classmate came to school on the day prior, totally freaked out that the end was a day away. Along with most of my classmates I couldn't believe it, and simply found it amusing. Needless to say, it didn't happen. I can't count how many end of the world predictions I've encountered since then.
I am no longer a Christian or follower of any religion for nearly 30 years (what a relief), and am certainly no Bible scholar, but I seem to recall something in it that says, in effect, no man but the father (God) knows when the world will end. Why wasn't this point brought to Camping and his followers' attention? If everything in the Bible is true how can any Christian in good conscience even attempt to make such a prediction?
The arrogance of such people to think they could mathematically figure out the exact day and hour of an event Jesus clearly said is known only to the Father.
This is what happens when people are biblically ignorant. Matthew 24 verse 36 could have prevented this craziness, a verse Camping told his followers to ignore.
These people didn't expect to die. They expected to be raptured into heaven.
It's not a cult. Nobody is controlled here in their minds. Their workers in the radio station are not all believers, they belong to different religius group. It did end, it ended spiritually.
The one who is talking here is a maintenance guy before at Family Radio. Then he took over, and he went back to religion. And Mr. Camping became sick of heart failure. And he can't cope up speaking anymore and they manipulated him.
And they continued to their own religion that they went back to, lead by this former maintenance guy, and they failed. The supporters did not continue with his returning to religion. Now they are struggling, no one supports them, even they returned to their religion.
In Mr. Campings working group, they are not all believers, that's why the Lord abandoned that group and Mr. Camping because he is being manipulated already.
Now some people who are believers started a new group and the Lord did not abandoned them.
Those poor people. Everybody just wants to find some meaning in this life. I hope they found something better for themselves.
I think old age got the best of Camping. The old guy truly believed that he could figure out the exact day and hour of Christ's return using mathematics. He's been dead for more than a decade.
People don't realize how much damage false predictions can do to Christianity. False predictions concerning the Second Advent of Christ have been a plaque in the history of Christianity.
It's hard to believe that even Tom Evans got mixed up in the Harold Camping false rapture prediction. I knew that Harold was wrong based on Matthew 24 verse 36, a Bible verse that Harold told his followers to ignore.
What arrogance to think they can figure out when Jesus is returning for His church. I don't know if it's arrogance or stupidity.
Really bad documentary
Sooooo did the judgement day happen? It's almost 2025, I may have missed it.
Me and my brother grew up in the Greek Orthodox denomination and never heard about the Rapture before 2011. I am more into a spiritual search, he faithfully follows the Greek Orthodox tradition. In May 2011, I was in the UK, heard about Cult and told him over the phone about the whole Rapture thing. His reaction was, "The what?" Obviously a not very mainstream belief.
A 90 years old multi millionaire asks poor people to give up their money and jobs, and keeps his own wealth, radio station, ALZEHEIMER…ETC😅😅😅
Religion 😆😆😆😆
Young philosophy student: "The world is about to end because my mum and her preacher said so, therefore it must be true".
Meanwhile, Sokrates is in the ideal realm and face-palming whilst saying, "Oh, young man…haven´t you learnt anything?"
Me: "What´s the point of studying philosophy, when you refuse to think critically?".
I remember celebrating my 18th birthday and knowing how bs this was 😭😭😭
Its called religious psychosis
The World is full of weak minded people
Religion is child abuse
Do people ever read the Bible no one knows when the world will end even Jesus Christ doesn’t know and he is the Lord’s son read for your self people don’t believe in false teachers, preachers, and so called apostles,or bishops know it for yourself Lord Jesus continue to show people that they are false so called shepherds of God🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I watched Camping a few times and thought he was incredibly ignorant in his Biblical interpretations. Seems like a good man, but anyone believing this end of the world nonsense gets what they deserve. Isn't there a Biblical passage saying anyone predicting the end of the world is a charlatan?
My father used to listen to Harold Camping faithfully. I even remember when he had May 21st marked on the calender. I didnt understand the appeal, and rolled my eyes whenever he brought it up.
